How and when will I be refunded?

The refund of the purchase amount will take about 1-2 weeks after delivery of the return shipment to the factory. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you originally used. You will not incur any costs for the refund if you have opted for self-delivery. If a loss in value is determined during an inspection of the properties and functionality, which is due to improper handling by you, this must be charged.

If you have chosen collection by our forwarding agent, the transportation costs of € 80.00 will usually be deducted directly from your refund.
