If you do not like the product or are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us. The withdrawal period is 14 days from delivery; the best way to enter your withdrawal is directly via your order overview. Please note that personalized products such as our patches are non-refundable.
You have to pay for the return shipment, as accepted in our terms and conditions at the time of purchase. If you would like to organize the return shipment yourself, you can find out about available shipping service providers (for Germany) here. Please use the original packaging if possible.
Please note: We are unable to provide you with new packaging for a return shipment.
Alternatively, we are happy to provide our in-house shipping company for returns within Germany, which can also collect the chair once it has been assembled. The cost of the return shipment is then €80.00, which will be deducted from the refund of the purchase amount.
Please also remember to fill in the return slip so that we can better allocate the return. You will receive this automatically by e-mail after entering the withdrawal in the order overview.
The refund will take about 1-2 weeks after delivery of the return to the factory.
