To which countries and with which company do you deliver my parcel? How quickly will it reach me?

You can find all shipping information here. We currently deliver to Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Czech Republic, United Kingdom and Austria. Within Germany and Austria we ship chairs with the forwarding company “GO!”, accessories are shipped by DPD. For all other countries we use DHL. You can track the current status of your delivery with a tracking number, which you can always find in your order overview.

Within Germany, we usually deliver goods in stock within 2-5 business days. Shipping to EU countries usually takes 7-10 business days, to non-EU countries it takes approx. 20 business days. The current delivery time is also displayed for each product in the webshop.

Individual patches for the uniqueness of your gaming chair are manufactured separately and delivered within 10-15 working days. Please also note that ordering personalized patches can extend your delivery time accordingly, especially for orders to non-EU countries, as we only ship these orders when they are ready for shipment for customs clearance reasons.

Note: The GO! shipping company currently only delivers to the first lockable door.
