Why can I no longer test the Backforce free of charge and return it free of charge within 14 days?

It was very painful for us to have to take this step ourselves, but the cost factor is very high and unfortunately this option has been abused too often by customers, so it is with a heavy heart that we have to pass on the costs. The alternative would be to increase the price of the products for all customers. However, we do not want to charge the majority of customers a higher price.

Alternatively, we are happy to provide our in-house shipping company for returns within Germany, which can also collect the chair once it has been assembled. Costs of € 80.00 will be incurred for the return shipment, which will be deducted from the refund of the purchase amount.
