By when do I have to pay my invoice?

We will send the invoice as soon as the goods are ready for dispatch. If you have ordered with PayPal, Amazon or credit card, your invoice is settled by the payment to the payment service provider.

If you purchase on account, payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date, regardless of whether your order has already been received in full. In the event of late payment, you will receive a reminder from Ratepay. Please note that this will result in reminder fees, which may be charged to you.
