Why can't I order using the desired payment method?

If the desired payment method is not offered or an error message appears, we ask you to place the order with another payment method. This can have various reasons, rejection by the payment service provider, errors in the addresses, payment method not available in your country, etc.

You can always pay with PayPal, Amazon Pay and by credit card instead.

We ask for your understanding that our customer service is unable to approve a payment method if it is not offered to you in the check-out process.
