Why does delivery to certain countries take longer?

Delivery times to certain non-EU countries - such as Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway - are currently longer than for the rest of our delivery area. In these countries, we have to take special customs clearance procedures into account, which is why a buffer is built into the delivery time. This allows us to ensure that we can clear customs for all your products together.

Please also note that ordering personalized patches can extend your delivery time accordingly, especially for orders to non-EU countries, as we only ship these orders when they are fully ready for dispatch for customs clearance reasons.
