Our system processes orders very quickly, so there is no possibility of making changes or canceling orders.
The only option in this case is to refuse to accept the order. We will then have the shipment returned to us and as soon as it has been registered in the incoming goods department, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method used. Please contact our customer service team to arrange everything.
If you wish, you can of course reorder the version you want independently of this. A direct exchange for another chair is not possible for logistical reasons.
