Your order will be processed by our system and the individual items will be dispatched as quickly as possible.
We ship our chairs within Germany with the GO! shipping company, while accessories leave our premises separately via DPD. If you have ordered personalized patches, this will be sent to the external embroidery company. They will produce your patches for you within around 10 working days and then send them to you by letter. There is therefore no tracking for the patches.
For all other items, tracking is available in your order overview after shipping. Please note that tracking only becomes active once the shipment has been physically accepted by the shipping company. Until then, you may receive an error message via the tracking link - but that's nothing to worry about, please just be patient for another 2-3 days.
