The shipping company claims that my order has been canceled!?

Don't worry, your order has certainly not been canceled - this is incorrect information from the GO shipping company.

Your tracking will only become active once the chair has been physically picked up by the shipping company (until then, GO employees will not be able to call up the shipment in the system). We therefore ask you to be patient for 1-2 business days, your shipment will be picked up by the shipping company as soon as possible.
