We always send patches and other accessories separately, so they may arrive at a different time. You will therefore also receive separate shipping confirmations and separate invoices.
You will receive your invoice with the shipping confirmation by email as soon as the respective item has been prepared for shipping. You can also call up the tracking in your order overview.
The shipping confirmation for individual patches simply means that we have handed over the order to the embroidery shop. From this point on, the embroidery shop needs around 10 working days to complete the production, after which your patches will be sent to you by letter. You will therefore not receive a tracking number.
