Where can I get a spare part for my chair?

If you would like to register a warranty claim, you can do so via your order overview.

If your issue is not covered by the warranty for any reason, you can contact customer service using the contact form and describe your issue. Some castors or armrests can already be found in the store, other spare parts can be asked for via customer service (prepayment only).
