Where and how can I rate BACKFORCE?

We are always happy to receive constructive criticism or positive feedback :)

You are welcome to rate us on any common platform. For the evaluation of your order you will receive a request by mail for TrustedShops a certain time after the order. But you can also write your own review on Google or Trustpilot.

After your contact with our customer service by email, you will usually also receive an email asking you to rate the service after it has been processed.
