I order as a company - how do I get the VAT back?

Our store is set up for B2C orders, which is why every invoice is always issued with VAT charged. For intra-EU deliveries, however, we can issue an adjusted invoice on request and refund the VAT paid accordingly. All we need is the VAT ID and, if applicable, bank details to which we can transfer the refund. Please contact our support team using the contact form.

This is not possible for orders within Germany, here you have to get the VAT back from the tax office yourself.
