The BACKFORCE V (and V Plus) differ from the BACKFORCE One (and One Plus) primarily in terms of appearance and the use of materials. The V models all come with a plastic base and the upholstery is all covered in fabric, while the One series is supplied with an aluminum base and the upholstery is covered in artificial leather (apart from the “OG All Black” and “NAVI” editions, which are completely covered in fabric).
The BACKFORCE One has fold-down and height-adjustable armrests, an LED brooch in the backrest and integrated lumbar support.
The BACKFORCE V differs from the One not only in its appearance but also in its synchronized mechanism with automatic weight adjustment, which can be locked in two positions. In addition, the armrests cannot be folded down (except on Partner models) and no LED brooch is supplied. However, this is available separately as an accessory and can be replaced with the cover in the backrest upholstery.
The Plus models (both V and One) also all offer an adjustable lumbar support in height and depth, 5D armrests that can also be folded down and a seat depth and seat tilt adjustment.
What our BACKFORCE chairs all have in common is ergonomic sitting for many hours and a 10-year warranty. The high-quality synchronous mechanism of the chairs can be locked in several positions. The molded wood in the upholstery provides stability, which prevents the upholstery from sagging and enables integrated lumbar support in the back. You can give your chair a personal touch by ordering personalized patches. The chairs are supplied with soft, braked castors, which are ideal for both hard floors and short-pile carpets.
In the end, it all comes down to your personal taste and the desired customization options to decide which model is right for you.
