As payment is processed via Ratepay for purchases on account or installment purchases, there are separate bank details for this. You will also see these on your invoice. As Ratepay does not have access to Interstuhl's accounts, a chargeback to your account is required first. Simply send us an email via the contact form, stating your IBAN and order number.
Important: To avoid receiving a reminder and fees, please transfer the money immediately to the Ratepay account specified on your invoice with the corresponding reason for payment.
