Can I arrange a preferred delivery date?

The delivery of your new gaming chair is usually carried out after written or telephone notification by our shipping partner, so that you have the opportunity to arrange a suitable date.
This service is not available for smaller packages (e.g. accessories).
However, please note the delivery time specified for your desired model, as we have no way of scheduling delivery in advance or holding it back.
