Will the chair be delivered to my home?

Delivery by our shipping partner GO takes place behind the first lockable door. In an apartment building, this is the main entrance door and not the front door. If you ask nicely, the deliverers are occasionally willing to help you carry the parcels - and are certainly happy to receive a small tip ;o) - but they are not obliged to do so.
