To allow our team to enjoy the holidays and recharge their batteries, we will be working with adjusted hours at the end of the year. We will still be there for you—just a little differently than usual:
Service hours
- December 24–28, 2025: Our service will be taking a short break—we will be unavailable.
- December 29 & 30, 2025: We will be back for you.
- December 31, 2025 & January 1, 2026: No service – we will start the new year together.
- January 2, 2026: Limited availability – only via email.
January 6, 2026 (Epiphany): Limited availability – by email only.
Shipping days
To ensure that your order does not take too long to arrive, we will be shipping packages on the following days during the holiday period:

- December 29, 2025
- January 5, 2026

Orders received outside of these shipping days will be processed on the next possible shipping day. The holidays may result in slightly longer processing and delivery times – thank you for your understanding and patience.
